How it Works
How the Vacuum Emulsifier Homogenizer works is very simple. First, the materials are introduced into the mixing tank. The emulsifying mixing tank contains fixed impellers with holes which promotes thorough mixing. During operation, the blades simultaneously rotate in forward and reverse rotation at variable speeds.
High speed mixing is initiated by forward mixing and reverse mixing initiates low mixing. The forward blade will convey the material up and the reverse blade will convey the material down.
