We’ve sold dozens of RS vacuum emulsifying mixers to Asia, Europe, Africa and Oceania, and received good feedback from our customers.

250L ointment making machine

For this 250L ointment making machine, customer is not the end user. They’re an engineering company in Syria and are well known in pharmaceutical field. They import relevant machines and sell them to Syrian customers offering machine installation and after sale service. They’re the sole agent of several types of pharmaceutical machines in Syrian market. And most of these pharmaceutical machines are made by Chinese manufacturers.

Customer got in touch with us by our company website several months ago. Our engineers shared the practical mixing knowledge with him during the meeting. We had a very pleasant communication about the technical issues. The general manager told us that it’s the good communication experience that drives them to choose our RS vacuum emulsifying mixer. We believe the cooperation between us will be smooth.

This RS-250L mixer is mainly composed of 250L double jacketed main tank, 120L oil phase tank, 160L water phase tank, vacuum pump, hydraulic lifting system, tilting system, heating and cooling system and electrical control panel. The 5.5kw motor drives the shaft and homogenizer rotating anti-clockwise, while the 2.2kw motor drives agitator rotating clockwise. These two opposite forces make thorough mixing for high quality ointment.

The machine has been finished soon after the order was placed. Due to some other reasons, customer postponed to pick it up until this month. If you want to make pharmaceutical ointment or paste, please contact us to get a detailed quote.
