The new RS-200L vacuum emulsifying machine was sent to a chemical factory in Handan, Hebei Province on January 12th. Before the delivery, a professional engineer in customer’s company had come to inspect the machine and learned to run it.
This customer is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise invested by one of the Fortune 500 companies. Its headquaters is in France with over 300 years’ production history. They design, manufacture and distribute materials which can be found everywhere in our living places and our daily life: in buildings, transportation, infrastructure and in many industrial applications. The subsidiary corporation’s production technologies are mainly from France.
With the application of vacuum technology in the field of production and scientific research, the requirement of pressure range is wider and wider. Therefore, it is impossible that any type of vacuum pump totally fits for all working pressure ranges. Roots pumps are used to effectively increase the pumping speed at low pressures, thus extending the operating pressure range of the fore pump. The suction property of roots pump can be ten times bigger as the suction property of the backing pump. The customer’s main products are zirconium products and their derivatives, such as zirconia, zirconium carbonate, zirconium sulfate, and grinding beads etc. These chemical products have high requirements for equipment performance. In general, our mixers are equipped with water ring vacuum pump. Maximum pressure the vacuum pump can reach is -0.09Mpa, while this customer requires the pressure value down to -0.098Mpa. The vessel body is welded by three layers of stainless steel plate. Contact part with materials is of qualified stainless steel 316L. The vessel body and pipeline are mirror polished, meeting with GMP standard. Frame agitator with Teflon blades sweep the ingredients off the container without dead angle. Top mounted batch homogenizer is for accelerating materials’ dissolution and emuslfication. Electric control cabinet can fully monitor the operation of equipment, which displays datas such as temperature, stirring speed, emulsification time etc.
