Ginhong’s technician finished commissioning one set of air freshener mixers ordered by a cosmetic company in Ningbo yesterday. Customer made a batch run on our mixers and satisfied with the performance of the machine.
The complete line includes one jacketed mixing tank, one cold mixing tank, two storage tanks with stirrers, two centrifugal pumps and some pipelines. These machines integrate mixing, dispersing, freezing, discharging and storing etc functions.
This customer mainly makes aerosol air fresheners and solid air fresheners. Because there’re strict regulations on the steam pressure vessels, they chose electric heaters for the heating.
Most air fresheners contain a variety of fragrances and essential oils. Fragrances are chemical compounds that have pleasant odors. Essential oils are naturally occurring oils typically obtained from plants. Examples of essential oils include cinnamon oil, pine oil, and lavender oil.
Aerosols sprays use compressed gas propellants like butane or propane. While many of the spray products are designed to just add fragrance to the air, others help remove odors by using disinfectants, which are chemicals intended to kill bacteria or mold. Solid air fresheners, such as the cone-type products, typically contain the fragrance embedded in wax.
They have two types of formulas of making air freshener: hot mixing and cold mixing. They put different ingredients into the mixing tanks and start mixing up. After the products are ready, they’re transferred to the two mixer storage tanks to avoid becoming hard. Then the liquids go to aerosol filling machine for filling into aerosol container.
