Two sets of 2000 gallons open top bidirectional mixing kettles were packed and loaded in a forty feet container on January 8th. They will be sent to a cosmetic factory in New Jersey, America.
These two mixing vessels were made for a new customer who has been a manufacturer of skin care, over the counter (OTC) preparations and color cosmetic products for more than 20 years. He got in touch with our salesman from company website in August 2018. The communication between us was smooth. He placed the order in a few months. For the first cooperation, two sets of 2000 gallons mixing vessels showed his great faith in our company. The new machines will do great help for the customer’s production.
YX-7500L mixing tank takes portable lids which can be easily open for adding raw materials and obeserving mixing situation in the vessel. The 22kw motor drives anchor agitator to move the materials toward the center of the container clockwise, and sixteen Teflon wipers to scrape off materials on container wall. And 11kw motor drives central shaft with blades to rotate anti-clockwise which forms turbulent flow pattern. Because of the two contra rotating forces, all the ingredients can be mixed thoroughly and easily obtain homogeneous and fine dispersed particle.
There are many heating methods for stainless steel tank, coiled pipe heating and jacket heating are the most common methods. Jacketed vessel can achieve no gap and no loss of heat transfer efficiency, but the whole inner tank becomes a pressure space, which will make the inner plate thicker and increase the cost of equipment manufacturing. Generally, when the volume of steam heating tank is above 2000 liters, coiled pipe is preferred. Compared with jacket heating, coiled pipe heating is easier to achieve, the cost is lower, and is much safer.
The coil structure is that stainless steel pipe surrounds the wall of inner tank and keep a certain distance from each other. The coiled pipe enlarges the heat transfer area in the tank. At the same time, the heat transfer is sufficient and uniform. It can accelerate the flow speed of liquid, and reduce the dead angle in the tank. After all fabrication has been completed, our workers made pressure test to ensure that all the design, materials, and welding comply with the requirements. In the end, the inner tank with coiled pipe is covered with a shell and insulation for better heat preservation.
