How is this done? Coarse stator part is combined with pumping fin-like pumping rotor. The stator is utilized together with a special rotor component that assures high throughput. Such a generator will deliver desired throughputs by as much as four times more than any other types of generators. The mixer is able to produce the required moderate shear, while delivering a strong pumping effect.

Such generator is typically utilized as an alternative to the pump. It can also act in compliments with the pump for a much improved flow results. It is utilized in specific machines that operate in a number of stages, ensuring easy and consistent flow of highly viscous fluid materials. This process is often applied to specific materials such as miscible liquids, large agglomerates, those with high circulation rate, and shear sensitive liquids.

Many manufacturers also utilize this equipment, depending on the materials being processed, if only for its superb efficiency in delivering the desired result.
